Everyone loves Dubai style chocolate these days! The original bar blends rich chocolate with a crunchy filling of pistachio cream, tahini, and delicate strands of shredded phyllo (knafeh/kataifi) pastry.  I decided to simplify the ingredients for this recipe, so my chocolates contain just 4 ingredients – pistachio creme, roasted and salted pistachio nuts, icing sugar and chocolate. Easy enough for kids to make, it’s very hard to stop at eating these once you start! The pistachio creme is now available in all supermarkets – the cheapest is probably Lidl. It may be in the ingredients’ aisle, or with spreads jam and peanut butter.
